Hanwei Aluminium maintains over 8,000 tonnes of aluminium in Shanghai — plates, sheets, bars, tubes, coils and profiles — and has been dedicated to the aluminium industry for more than fifteen years.
Equipped with saws, decoiling, anodizing and machining, we cut products to the dimensions our customers ask for and ship fast, supported by an experienced export team. Every lot is traceable to its original factory certificate.

Production
Hot rolling, cold rolling, stretcher, coiling, extrusion, forging of big block, and in-house material testing.

Warehouse
Separate zones for plate, sheet, round bar, tube, coil, flat bar and small pieces, all managed in ERP with heat-number traceability.

Cutting
Plate sawing, decoiling, bar cutting and profile cutting to ±0.2 mm, with edge deburring and protective filming.

Delivery
Seaworthy packing, container loading plans with photos, land freight to port, and full export documentation.

Paperwork that matches the metal.

Mill certificate per lot
Chemical composition and mechanical properties from the producing mill, matched to the heat number on the bundle.

Incoming inspection
Dimensions, flatness and surface checked on arrival; suspect lots are quarantined before they reach a customer.

Traceable to source
ERP records link every shipment to its purchase lot, so a claim can be answered with data instead of opinion.
